Expensive for Vietnam. Accommodation on the mountain is expensive by local standards. The rooms are pretty basic but staying on the mountain is incredible. You also need to pay for a vehicle to take you into the park from the gate.

Excellent Sightings:

Birds - Red-Flanked Bluetail, Gray-Cheeked Warbler, Orange-Headed Thrush, Blue Whistling-Thrush, Mountain Fulvetta, Fork-Tailed Sunbird, Sultan Tit.

Mammals - Red-Shanked Douc, Asian Red-Cheeked Squirrel, Pallas’ Squirrel.

Herps - South-East Asian Green Grass Lizard, Asian Common Toad.

Good Sightings:

Birds - White-Browed Shrike Babbler, Necklaced Barbet, Black Eagle.

Sightings:

Birds - Red-Vented Barbet, Red-Headed Trogan, Golden Babbler.

Technically Seen:

Northern Red Muntjac, White-Winged Magpie, Asian Emerald Dove.

Not Observed But “Common”:

Indochinese Yuhina, Several Bulbul Species, Snakes, Crimson Sunbird.

Dream Wildlife On Park List:

Silver Pheasant, Vietnamese Crested Argus, Edward’s Pheasant (likely extinct), Annamite Muntjac, Stump-Tailed Macaque.
